SHORELINE — Sehome defeated Shorecrest by 12 points in the first round of the 2A district 1 boys basketball tournament on Friday. Sehome’s Leif Anderson led all scorers with 21 points and six 3-pointers. The Scots were led by Brantle Harris, who scored 15 points and made two 3-pointers. Shorecrest plays Archbishop Murphy in a loser-out game at 2 p.m. on Monday and Anacortes faces Sehome in the semifinals at 6 p.m. Both games are at Mount Vernon.
