“Citizenfour,” the ultra compelling Oscar-nominated documentary about NSA whistle-blower Edward Snowden, makes its television debut. The film has journalist Glenn Greenwald interviewing Snowden in a Hong Kong hotel room. 9 p.m., HBO
Mary J. Blige and Ne-Yo are among the performers honoring Kanye West, Phylicia Rashad and other African-American luminaries in “BET Honors.” 9 p.m., BET
Last week provided quite the set-up for this second-season finale of “Sleepy Hollow.” 9 p.m., Fox
