EVERETT — No one was injured in a Friday night fire inside a boarded-up detached garage that had been converted into a home. The fire was reported in the 2000 block of 35th Street, Everett fire marshal Rick Robinson said. When firefighters arrived, they saw smoke and flames coming from the dwelling. Crews initially attacked the fire from the outside before moving inside. The structure was heavily damaged. No damage estimate was available Saturday.
No one was inside when the fire broke out, Robinson said.
