Canyon Creek adds VP of operations
Monroe-based Canyon Creek Cabinet Company recently announced the appointment of Rick Lovorn as vice president of operations to lead the company’s manufacturing. Lovorn has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operations in both the cabinet and furniture industries. He has previously served as general manager and president for stock and custom cabinet manufacturers.

New bike shop opens in downtown Everett
Everett’s Bayside Bikes celebrated its grand opening on Saturday. The new retail shop at 2707 Colby Ave., Suite H, offers bike sales and service as well as high quality bike rentals for locals and tourists to explore the Everett area. The shop plans to be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. The business is unique in that its owner, Everett native Eric Smith, is just 25 years old.
KuKuRuZa popcorn shop to open at Alderwood Mall
KuKuRuZa Gourmet Popcorn is set to open its fourth U.S. location in the Alderwood Village, part of Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. The store is slated to open in early April. KuKuRuZa will be offering a free flight bag of any flavor for every customer on opening day. More details to come on their Facebook page.
