The Golf Club at Echo Falls outside of Snohomish, which has been owned by Oki Golf since 1994, has been sold to an international investment group, Oki Golf announced Thursday.
As part of the sale agreement, Echo Falls will continue to be managed by the newly created Oki Golf Management, LLC, which will allow Echo Falls to remain part of the Oki Golf Players Card program.
In 1994, The Golf Club at Echo Falls was the first of seven public golf courses in the Puget Sound area to be purchased by company founder and former Microsoft executive Scott Oki. One of the other courses later purchased and still owned by Oki Golf is Harbour Pointe Golf Club in Mukilteo.
The other public courses owned by Oki Golf are The Golf Club at Newcastle, The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie in Lacey, The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge in Redmond, Trophy Lake Golf &Casting Club in Port Orchard, and Washington National Golf Club in Auburn.
The company’s two private courses are Indian Summer Golf &Country Club in Olympia, and The Plateau Club in Sammamish.
