The Seahawks signed second-round pick Frank Clark and third-round pick Tyler Lockett Tuesday, which means their entire 2015 draft class is now under contract.
Under the league’s current collective bargaining agreement, rookie contracts are closely tied to a player’s draft slot, so there is little drama as to when a pick will sign, unlike under the previous CBA when it was routine for top picks to skip the start of training camp as a negotiation ploy.
