Washington Brewers Festival

The Washington Brewers Festival is June 19 through 21 at Marymoor Park in Redmond. The festival features more than 100 Washington breweries pouring over 350 different beers. Tickets are $20 on Friday, and $25 Saturday and Sunday. Admission includes souvenir tasting glass and six tasting tokens.

Stogies ‘N Hops celebrates Year 1

Stogies ‘N Hops, a bottleshop and tobacco store in Lynnwood, is celebrating its first anniversary with a customer appreciation day from noon to 5 p.m. on June 20 with Deschutes Brewery and Miami Cigar Company. There will be plenty of beer, cigars and birthday cake. Deschutes will feature a number of beers, including 2014 Abyss, 2014 Black Butte XXVI, 2014 Wine Barrel-aged Barleywine, 2015 Wine Barrel-aged Jubel, 2015 Stoic and Pinedrops IPA. Proceeds from the event will go to the Northshore Christian Church kids tutoring program.

SipFest in Snoqualmie

Enjoy wine, beer, food and live music at SipFest in Snoqualmie June 26 in downtown Snoqualmie. Sample tastes from 25 Washington wineries, 15 craft breweries and 15 local restaurants, with proceeds going to benefit Encompass, a nonprofit supporting children and families through education and therapy. Tickets are $45 advance or $50 at the door, and include a souvenir glass, unlimited restaurant tastings and six beverage taste tokens. For more information, visit encompassnw.org.

Crafts in the Draft

Tulalip Resort Casino is teaming up with renowned Northwest breweries for their Tuesday Tastings Crafts in the Draft. Flights of beer from the breweries will be paired with appetizers 7 to 9 p.m. on select Tuesdays in The Draft Sports Bar and Grill. Tickets are $25. July 7: Alsan Brewing.

Seattle International Beerfest

The Seattle International Beerfest is July 10 through 12 at the Seattle Center Fisher Pavilion. The beerfest specializes in rare, hard-to-find beers and ciders from around the world. Tickets are $25 for a regular pass ($30 at the door) and $45 for the big deal pass.

Proof of Washington

Seattle’s largest summer distillery event, Proof: Washington Distillers Festival, is July 11 at Fremont Studios, 155 N 35th St, Seattle. Sample award-winning spirits and meet the craftsmen and women who are putting Washington on the global spirits map. Arlington’s Bad Dog Distillers will be on hand, along with more than 40 other distilleries. Tickets are $40 and includes 10 tasting tokens, and VIP tickets are $60 and include an extra hour of tasting, two additional tasting tokens and a VIP swag bag.
