MILL CREEK — The identity of a body found in the woods of Mill Creek in January remains unknown.
Authorities have been unable to confirm any details about the person, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. Forensic work continues.
The badly decayed remains, believed to be human, were found Jan. 11 near the 17500 block of the Bothell-Everett Highway, in an area known for homeless camps.
Mill Creek police also are investigating the death. There is no new information to share, officer Ian Durkee said.
