New Washington voters can register through Monday, July 27, to vote in the Aug. 4 primary election, but they must register in person at the Snohomish County auditor’s office in Everett.
The deadline for registration by mail or online, or for previously registered Washington voters to file a change of address, was July 6.
The county auditor’s office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Voters who register in person can either get a ballot by mail or vote on accessible machines at the elections office if they choose to wait for their registration to be validated through the state voter registration database, a wait that requires a few minutes.
