In the July 27 letter, “Organization open about work,” the writer asserts that discussions by Planned parenthood staff about selling fetal body parts were baseless accusations, citing “credible news sources.” However, she fails to mention what they are. The fact that this hasn’t yet been proven in court doesn’t mean that it has not happened. Isn’t the real issue about Planned Parenthood’s agenda to encourage women to have abortions? Do Planned Parenthood personnel make any attempt to dissuade women from having abortions? I think not. The law, per the Roe v. Wade decision, states that a woman has the right to choose to kill an unborn human life for any reason. People euphemistically refer to this as being “pro choice.” Abortion advocates often cite rape and incest as the need to have an abortion. How many of the millions of abortions performed since Roe v Wade were due to rape or incest?
