SPOKANE — A man accused of kicking and biting a Spokane firefighter over the weekend is being held on assault charges.
The Spokesman-Review reported 33-year-old Charlston D. Harper is being held in the Spokane County Jail on a $10,000 bond. He faces two charges of third-degree assault.
