Let me see if I understand this. The Washington state Supreme Court is imposing a fine of $100,000 per day on the state of Washington. So the state of Washington is paying the state of Washington by — I’m just guessing here — writing a check on one account to be deposited in another account? Hundred grand out, hundred grand in — per day. And who is paying the administration costs of imposing this fine going from the left pocket to the right pocket? Oh! The state of Washington? No, you and I — the tax payers. No wonder this state is broke. The fox is guarding the hen house. And the lunatics are running the asylum.
