Beardslee Public House opens in Bothell

The Beardslee Public House, a 10,000-square-foot brewery and charcuterie kitchen that seat nearly 400, opened at 19116 Beardslee Blvd. in Bothell. The restaurant was started by chef John Howie, who owns the John Howie Restaurant Group, and features local craft beers, house-made burgers, hand-tossed pizzas and charcuterie created with locally sourced ingredients. Beardslee signature brews are made on site in the 10-barrel brewery.
