EVERETT — City officials will be holding a public forum on parking in downtown Everett at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. The purpose of the forum is to present data gathered so far on parking usage downtown and chart out the next steps of the city’s planned parking study this fall.
Issues to be addressed include what parking management strategies would improve parking downtown, whether Everett needs paid on-street parking, and where customers, visitors and downtown employees should park.
The forum is planned in the Weyerhaeuser Room of Everett Station, 3201 Smith Ave. The city is asking those who wish to attend to register online at everettparkingforum.eventbrite.com.
