Monroe’s Wet Noses treats certified as non-GMO organic*
Monroe’s Wet Noses Organic Dog Treat Company has earned Non-GMO Project Verified status for its 100 percent USDA Certified Organic treats. The verified status was awarded after completion of the Non-GMO Project’s rigorous review process for GMO, or genetically modified organisms, avoidance best practices. The company will now display the NGP Verification seal on packaging.
Mukilteo chamber offers leadership seminar series
The Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce will offer a 10-week series called Leadership: Learn it-Live it-Lead it. Anna Rohrbough, a certified speaker with John C. Maxwell Leadership, will instruct attendees on Tuesday mornings from Sept. 29 to Dec. 8. Class space is limited so early registration is recommended. Everett Community College is again offering the Small Business Accelerator Signature program, which equips established business owners with knowledge, tools, and expert guidance necessary to significantly increase their company’s growth and profits. Ram Restaurant to donate to ALS research
The Ram Restaurant and Brewery has joined the third annual Ales for ALS fundraising and awareness campaign to help find a cure for ALS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. A special small batch ale will be at all Washington RAM locations and $1 from each pint will be donated to research firm ALS TDI.
