“From Dusk Till Dawn” returns for Season 2, and you just know there will be lots of fangs and blood. Joining the creepy fun is Danny Trejo, who plays a brutally evil character called “The Regulator.” 9 p.m., El Rey Network
“Public Morals” is a gritty new crime series that whisks viewers back to 1960s New York, where police officer Terry Muldoon (Edward Burns) is part of a squad charged with enforcing the city’s morality laws. Michael Rapaport also stars. 10 p.m., TNT
“Monica the Medium”: This reality series about a college student who can talk to dead people gives a new meaning to the word “reality.” And that meaning is “fantasy.” 8 p.m., ABC Family
“Tough Enough”: Who will be the WWE prom king and queen? Find out in tonight’s season finale. 8 p.m., USA
