We do see a recent letter to The Herald penned by a principal of Skotdal real estate and development company bemoaning the sad state of affairs that we have in Everett relative to homelessness and drug-addicted people on the streets of this town. (Sunday, “Cure epidemic of social illness.”) What these people need most is a decent place to live and call home.
Skotdal is a purveyor of downtown rental properties, with 102 new units becoming available in the next couple of months. Problem solved. Next question, please?
