Basketball

• The City of Edmonds is offering a 3-on-3 Half Court Basketball League on Wednesday nights. Games start Sept. 30. The team fee is $265. For more information, visit www.reczone.org or call Todd at 425-771-0229.

Golf

• The first annual Todd Evans Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament is scheduled for noon on Sept. 13 at Gleneagle Golf Course in Arlington. The format is a four-person scramble. The entry fee is $80 and includes golf, a cart and dinner. The proceeds go toward scholarships for Arlington High School seniors. • The Wayne Shkurhan Memorial Golf Tournament is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 20 at Blue Boy Golf Course in Monroe. The event is a four-person scramble. The cost is $50 per player. For more information, contact Greg Ruthruff at 360-568-9257 or gruthruff@heraldnet.com.

Hockey

• Everett Youth Hockey is offering a Try Hockey for Free Day at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 12 at the Xfinity Community Ice Rink in Everett. The event is for players ages 4-9. Protective gear will be provided free of charge by the EYH Booster Club. Participants should arrive 60 minutes early in order to check in and be issued gear. Pickle Ball

• The City of Edmonds is offering Adult Pickle Ball Leagues on Monday nights (singles) and Tuesday nights (doubles). Men’s, women’s and mixed divisions are available. League play starts Sept. 14. Volleyball

• The City of Edmonds is accepting registration for its Adult Co-Rec Competitive Volleyball Leagues on Tuesday nights at Edmonds Community College. Play starts Oct. 6. The team fee is $290. For more information, visit www.reczone.org or call Todd at 425-771-0229.
