Danielle Booth, Archbishop Murphy, senior
“Danielle’s dedicated and a team leader,” said Archbishop Murphy coach Erin Edmondson. “I can’t say enough about her leadership with the team. She’s a positive role model, and (in the water) she’s mentally and physically charged. She’s relentless.”
Reilly Krueger, Archbishop Murphy, senior
“Reilly is very technical,” Edmondson said. “I know whatever (her diving coach) is wanting her to do, she’ll push toward that. She works so hard at practice and she’s just super dedicated to the team. She always strives to do her best and it shows.”
Nicole Limberg, Jackson, junior
“Nicole is a great competitor,” Jackson coach Drew Whorley said. “She has excellent stroke technique, but she’s also working constantly on refining her mechanics. She just has an exceptional work ethic and the attitude to go with it.”
Brianna Lucien, Mariner, senior
“The 500 freestyle is definitely her best event, followed by the 200 freestyle,” said Mariner coach Jennifer Angelos. “But she’s also very good in the 200 IM … and whatever else she puts her mind to. She’s just a real true competitor who works super hard. She’s like the whole package.”
Maddie Pressler, Jackson, junior
“Maddie just has a will to win and to put hand on the wall before other people,” Whorley said. “Truthfully, that’s always been the difference for her. And the type of mentality she has is contagious. It spreads to the other girls on meet day, too.”
