Everett Chorale: The local group will be singing in the “Seattle Sings! Choral Festival” at 6 p.m. Oct. 10. The chorale’s Lee Mathews will conduct the concert, which is part of the Greater Seattle Choral Consortium, a three-day event involving 34 choirs, at St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral in Seattle. Violinist Cordula Merks, an assistant Seattle Symphony concertmaster, will open the season with the Sarasate Gypsy Airs and Chausson’s Poeme, Op. 25, on Oct. 26. Season tickets are recommended.
