Monday’s highlights on TV include:
“The Daily Show With Trevor Noah”: Late-night television’s dramatic makeover continues as Noah, a relatively unknown comedian from South Africa, slips into the fake-news anchor chair. He takes over for Jon Stewart, a beloved icon who held the job for 16 years — not that there’s a lot of pressure on him or anything. 11 p.m., Comedy Central
In her insightful new documentary “San Francisco 2.0,” Alexandra Pelosi returns to her hometown to examine how the “digital gold rush” is changing a city traditionally known for its countercultural ways. What she finds isn’t very pretty. 9 p.m., HBO
