PULLMAN — Planned Parenthood officials will open a temporary health center while they rebuild their clinic damaged by arson earlier this month.
KXLY TV reported that Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho will open in a temporary facility in Pullman on Oct. 12.
Officials say it will take up to four months to rebuild the health center after someone threw a flammable object through the window in the early morning hours of Sept. 4, causing a fire.
Planned Parenthood CEO Karl Eastlund said in a statement they will not let an act of violence stop them from providing people with the expert compassionate care they deserve and need to stay healthy.
A $10,000 reward is being offered by the Arson Alarm Foundation and NW Insurance Council for information in the case.
