EVERETT — Detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office are asking for help finding a teen and her infant daughter.
Leah Marie Lund, 16, is believed to have given birth without medical assistance, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Shari Ireton said.
Her baby is considered endangered due to the lack of medical care and Lund’s alleged heroin use, according to a sheriff’s office press release. The baby was born sometime between Sept. 10 and Sept. 18.
Lund is 5 feet tall and weighs 144 pounds.
She has black shoulder-length hair, blue eyes and rose tattoos on her left arm and “Sabrina” on her right wrist. She was last seen in the Everett area on Sept. 2.
Anyone with information about Lund or the baby is asked to call 911 immediately.
