Pumpkin tortilla chips don’t sound great, but Food Should Taste Good makes the combination work perfectly.
We tried the chips, which are spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, with grilled halloumi cheese and some basil and it was a match made in heaven. They also were great with salsa.
What didn’t work? Making s’mores out of them. The chips were a little too salty and the pumpkin didn’t quite go with the ultra-sweet dip.
