Val’s tending bar: Still having made no announcement about whether he’ll run for president, Vice President Joe Biden did not participate in Tuesday night’s Democratic debate in Las Vegas. A Draft Biden ad was scheduled to run before the event on CNN.
Biden, watching from his Washington, D.C., residence, saw the ad, and finally feeling persuaded, went to a nearby bar and ordered a local draft beer.
