Every 10 years the voters of Snohomish County elect 15 individuals to become Charter Review Commission members (three from each of the five county council districts) who are tasked with reviewing the County Charter (equivalent to the Washington state Constitution) to determine any changes to the needs of the county. As the county continues to grow, it must meet the needs of its citizens. Recommendations by the Charter Review Commission will be presented to the Snohomish County Council with the expectation that the recommendations will be placed on the November 2016 general election ballot.
We have an excellent, proven candidate in our County Council District 1: Jim Donner! Jim is an active participant in our area; he is involved in the agriculture, building and growth management communities. He demonstrates knowledge, leadership, integrity and the ability to get the job done. Jim’s loyalty to the people of Snohomish County in unquestionable. Vote for Jim Donner for the Charter Review Commission.
