SEATTLE
Inactives: WR Paul Richardson, CB Tye Smith, RB Marshawn Lynch, LB Bruce Irvin, C Drew Nowak, C/G Kristjan Sokoli, DT A.J. Francis.
Notes: The big news is Lynch (abdominal) will sit this one out. Lynch played through the injury last week against Arizona, then sat out practice this week. Seattle coach Pete Carroll said Friday he expected Lynch to play, but the Seahawks will presumably turn to Thomas Rawls as the feature back instead. Richardson (hamstring) and Irvin (knee) are also out injured. Francis, claimed off waivers from Miami at the beginning of the week, won’t see the field yet. WR Kevin Smith and LB Eric Pinkins, signed off the practice squad this week, will both suit up.
SAN FRANCISCO
Inactives: WR Jerome Simpson, WR DeAndrew White, CB Keith Reaser, RB Carlos Hyde, G Brandon Thomas, OL Ian Silberman, DT Tank Carradine.
Notes: Not listed above is that QB Colin Kaepernick (non-throwing shoulder) was placed on injured reserve Saturday and is out for the rest of the season. He had already lost the starting job to Blaine Gabbert. Dylan Thompson was signed to serve as the back-up QB. The 49ers are also without Hyde (foot), the team’s No. 1 RB, and change-of-pace RB Reggie Bush (knee), who like Kaepernick is on injured reserve and will not play again this season. WR Anquan Boldin (hamstring), who was listed as questionable, will play. Reaser (ankle), who was considered probable, won’t go.
