Here are the offensive and defensive snap counts from the Seattle Seahawks’ 29-13 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday (plays, percentage):
OFFENSE (78)
T Okung (78, 100)
T Gilliam (78, 100)
QB Wilson (78, 100)
G Sweezy (77, 99)
G Britt (77, 99)
C Lewis (63, 81)
WR Kearse (59, 76)
TE Graham (56, 69)
WR Lockett (54, 69)
WR Baldwin (54, 69)
RB Rawls (50, 64)
TE Willson (39, 50)
WR Smith (26, 33)
RB Jackson (23, 29)
FB Tukuafu (20, 26)
C Jeanpierre (15, 19)
TE Helfet (6, 8)
FB Coleman (3, 4)
G Glowinski (1, 1)
T Bailey (1, 1)
Notable: This is mostly what one would expect. The offensive linemen numbers are not 100 percent because of injuries suffered during the game. Kevin Smith, just signed off the practice squad, saw a good number of snaps as Seattle had just four receivers active.
DEFENSE (53)
CB Sherman (53, 100)
FS Thomas (53, 100)
SS Chancellor (53, 100)
LB Wagner (53, 100)
LB Wright (53, 100)
DE Bennett (44, 83)
DE Avril (41, 77)
CB Williams (37, 70)
DT Hill (36, 68)
SS Shead (31, 58)
DT Mebane (26, 49)
LB Morgan (22, 42)
DE Clark (22, 42)
DT Rubin (19, 36)
DE Marsh (15, 28)
CB Burley (10, 19)
DE Dobbs (9, 17)
LB Pierre-Louis (6, 11)
Notable: Most notable would be the drop in snaps for Cary Williams as he was benched in the second half. Deshawn Shead, who’s been the nickel cornerback, was moved into Williams’ spot, with Marcus Burley taking over in the slot. The Seahawks appear to have spread the wealth with strong-side linebacker Bruce Irvin out with a knee injury, with Mike Morgan playing on run downs while Frank Clark and Cassius Marsh picked up snaps on pass downs. Interesting to see Jordan Hill get the most snaps among the defensive tackles.
