Special delivery

That’s free with Prime, right? Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ commercial aeronautics company, Blue Origin, has successfully landed a rocket upright, a key step in developing reusable rockets that can deliver payloads and people into space. During the test flight, the New Shepard capsule was sent 62 miles high before falling back to earth and landing at 4 mph.

Good to know that if this drone thing doesn’t work out for Amazon, Bezos can still deliver your dog treats by booster rocket.

Target acquired: With package deliveries by the U.S. Postal Service and others increasing as the holiday shopping season begins, there’s also an increase in theft of packages by “porch poachers,” thieves who follow delivery trucks and snatch packages off the doorstep.

Wait here while we file a patent for a hybrid delivery drone and rocket that fires missiles at porch poachers.

What Buzz can do for you: The Nov. 13 terrorist attacks in Paris have triggered a $50 billion defense spending spree by European Union countries for fighter jets, armored vehicles, drones and other military systems.

Attention, European Union shoppers: Buzz Xpress is now offering overnight delivery of your package by our armed rocket drones to select addresses in Syria and Iraq. Just use the promo code: Buh-bye, ISIS.
