OLYMPIA — The Washington Department of Health has suspended a psychologist for 10 years after he was charged with seeking sex with a minor.
Jonathan B. Wulf was charged in September with initiating conversations on Craigslist with a person who was actually a Homeland Security undercover agent.
U.S. Attorney Annette L. Hayes says Wulf expressed a desire to have sex with the agent’s fictional 12-year-old stepdaughter.
Wulf was arraigned on the charge in federal court in October and pleaded not guilty. His trial is set for March 28.
The state health department says the legal process for suspending Wulf’s license started in November and the 10-year suspension was made official on Wednesday.
