OMG! I can’t believe The Herald featured David Rash’s guest commentary on global warming. The entire body of “climate science” — as represented by the conclusions and findings of well over 10,000 published and peer reviewed papers, the findings/conclusions of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, along with those of every other science academy of every advanced country in the world, and the work of NOAA, NASA, and the International Panel on Climate Change — all adamantly disagree with every unsubstantiated claim put forward by Mr. Rash.
None of his claims are new. All have been considered before; and, science has rejected all of them. To believe such nonsense one would have to reject the laws of physics, ignore the overwhelming evidence, and, most of all, deny the science.
The single expert that Mr. Rash features as proof of his preposterous claim that the science is unsettled — Dr. Ivar Giaever, a 1973 Nobel Laureate — has never ever conducted or produced a single ounce of climate science research! (See: tinyurl.com/SkepticalScienceGiaever).
To know the science, you must read the science — the peer-reviewed and published kind — not what’s churned out by the ill informed or the science-denial community.
