EDMONDS — No injuries were reported after a police pursuit that started in Edmonds on Thursday night.
A 15-year-old King County boy was driving a stolen car downtown about 10 p.m., Sgt. Shane Hawley said. The boy allegedly eluded police before crashing the car in Shoreline. Police pursued the car for about five miles.
The boy and other young people were found hiding in the crawl space of a nearby house.
The boy was booked into the Denney Juvenile Justice Center in Everett for investigation of possessing a stolen car, eluding and hit-and-run.
The other teens were detained but not arrested, Hawley said.
“We are still investigating and sorting out any future charges,” he said.
