Volunteers sought: The city of Edmonds is seeking volunteers to serve on its new, nine-member Citizens Economic Development Commission. Members will be appointed by the mayor and the City Council.
Anyone interested in serving on the commission is asked to submit an application through tinyurl.com/Edmonds. Commission. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Feb. 19.
Commissioners should have experience in fields such as private or nonprofit business, economics, real estate, finance, development, education, and must live in Edmonds.
