EVERETT — The suspect proved quite accommodating.
Police believe they were able to match his face to images taken from a surveillance camera Sunday morning inside Everett Lube Express in the 2400 block of Broadway.
They also found a prescription bottle with the suspect’s name on it inside the business.
The Lake Stevens man, 31, was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of burglary. So was a woman, 29, also of Lake Stevens.
The owners of the business called police shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday to say they could see a woman inside the building via the camera system.
Police found her at the store near a large broken window. Shards of glass were found on her clothing and multiple items from the business were staged in some bushes outside, according to a police report.
The man was not there.
Police believe he’d left with a large flat-screen television before the woman went inside.
The man was arrested shortly before 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Broadway. It appeared he was wearing the same clothing seen in the surveillance video, according to a police report.
