YAKIMA — Anna Parker scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and Kendall Adams added 10 points as King’s advanced to the semifinals of the 1A state tournament with a victory over Columbia (Burbank).
King’s (20-5) plays Nooksack Valley, a 51-42 winner over Zillah in another quarterfinal, at 7:15 p.m. Friday in the Yakima Valley SunDome. The winner advances to Saturday night’s state championship.
Taylor Turner led Columbia (Burbank) with 13 points.
