Everett’s Coast Real Estate expands in Portland, Vancouver
Everett-based Coast Real Estate Services, one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest property management firms, announced its acquisition of Norris Beggs &Simpson Companies Portland, Oregon, multifamily division. This acquisition expands Coast Real Estate’s presence in Portland and Vancouver, and puts it at 17,000 multifamily units and just more than 5 million square feet of commercial space under management. Founded in 1987 by brothers, Shawn Hoban and Tom Hoban, Coast Real Estate Services operates regional offices in Everett, Seattle, Spokane, Portland and Boise.
Fluke program manager named to 30 under 30 list
Last month, Amy Georgi, a program manager of acquisitions and integrations for Fluke Electronics, was named a “megawatt star” in the 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Stars. The honors program was founded by thomasnet.com and ISM to help provide role models and inspiration for millennials entering or currently in supply chain careers.
