Reid Middleton, an Everett-based engineering, planning and surveying firm, has hired, Jon Padvorac as project engineer, Hugo Cisneros as IT administrator, and Aleksandr Put as IT Help Desk technician in its Everett office. Padvorac has more than 10 years of experience and degrees in structural engineering and civil engineering. Cisneros has over 12 years of experience in IT Consulting, IT Administration, and Help Desk. Put recently completed a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Firm obtains $7.68 million loan for Everett apartments
Bellwether Enterprise recently closed a $7.68 million acquisition loan on Casino Lane, a 96-unit affordable multifamily development in Everett. Suzie Cope, senior vice president in Bellwether Enterprise’s Denver office, arranged the acquisition loan through a partnership with Fannie Mae and Enterprise Multifamily Opportunity Fund to Casino-Westmont Affordable Housing Partners.

Edmonds Community College and the United Way are partnering to offer free income tax return preparation and e-filing.
