PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland massage therapist arrested earlier this month has been indicted on new charges relating to the sexual abuse of six additional women.
The Oregonian reports that Benjamin Collura is now facing multiple charges of second- and third-degree sexual abuse for alleged incidents that occurred between November 2012 and February. His attorney declined to comment Tuesday on the new indictment.
Collura pleaded not guilty last week to charges stemming from a Feb. 20 encounter with a woman who claims he sexually abused her after she received a massage at the River’s Edge Hotel &Spa.
The alleged victim has filed a $1 million lawsuit against the company that manages the hotel.
Since Collura’s March 9 arrest, six more women have come forward claiming he sexually abused them.
