WSU in Everett names hospitality program head
Senior living management executive Scott Eckstein has been appointed to lead the hospitality business management program in senior living at Washington State University North Puget Sound at Everett. Eckstein will teach Introduction to Senior Living Management and begin developing it for online delivery. He will also develop a new online certificate targeting senior housing industry professionals and associations.
Professional organizer to hold workshop on email
Professional organizer and productivity consultant Monika Kristofferson will present a workshop on how to best organize and control your email box. United States Department of Agriculture is seeking applications for loans and grants to help support the start-up or expansion of rural businesses. New director of state corporations division named
Secretary of State Kim Wyman has appointed Assistant Attorney General Tsering Cornell the director of the Washington State Division of Corporations &Charities. Cornell succeeds Pam Floyd, a 15-year veteran of the Office of Secretary of State, who is retiring. Cornell has been the Assistant Attorney General for the office and has worked closely with the Corporations Division.
