I have never seen such a corrupt primary as this one in both parties. Always having been much of a trusting person, believing in the system of “We The People”; that a president was elected by the majority of those people. Not that delegates could be bought, not that there are super PACs and superdelegates, or that the parties can change the rules in midstream, for that matter that there are different rules for the different parties.
Every state should have a primary election and be able to vote, regardless of which political party you belong to, and whoever gets the most votes wins. Caucuses are not the will of the people.
Believing that our constitutional rights really doesn’t matter a hill of beans, otherwise the will of the people, not the parties would matter. Maybe just maybe that “In God We Trust “ was written because I have lost all trust in our government.
