PUYALLUP — One man was shot to death at Puyallup motel on Saturday morning. The Seattle Times reports the 26-year-old victim had a gunshot wound to the chest and died at the Northwest Motor Inn.
Police have detained a 25-year-old man who had left the scene in a vehicle and returned while police were investigating.
Police say the victim was shot during a dispute, likely over narcotics, in the motel room where several people had gathered. Several witnesses were taken to the police department for questioning.
