Seahawks draft primer part 3: Receivers, tight ends

This is the third part of an eight-part series examining each position in the NFL draft and what the Seattle Seahawks’ needs are at those positions. The players listed are the top prospects in the draft at their positions, with their college, height and weight provided:

Seahawks’ situation: The Seahawks appear set at receiver, with the trio of Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse and Tyler Lockett expected to be supplemented by the return of Paul Richardson from his hamstring injury. The only issue would seem to be the status of Baldwin, who is entering the last season of his contract and will be expensive to extend, thus making the future need for a receiver a possibility. The tight-end situation hinges on the health of Jimmy Graham, who’s coming off a season-ending torn patellar tendon in his knee. But Seattle has some depth at tight end, meaning even if Graham isn’t 100 percent neither of these are positions of dire need.
