Regarding The Herald editorial, “Vote yes on Everett bond and levy”: Has the school district changed its ways of using state matching money for the administration interests (administration building and maintenance building) instead of for the students, or is it business as usual?
If the school district has the courage to redistrict the various school boundaries, no new schools would be needed. I have done my homework.
No guessing — proof of the need to buy property for a new school in the south end needs to be submitted to the voters.
The brochure submitted to the voters talks a lot about tech needs, North Middle School needs, etc., but I do not see any breakdowns with estimated costs for each discipline. A lot of us are interested in seeing more detail.
I want to help the student education, but I don’t trust the administration.
