Book club: A book discussion group for girls in grades six to nine accompanied by a female adult is at 2 p.m. June 11 at the Mill Creek Library, 15429 Bothell Everett Highway; www.sno-isle.org. The group is held monthly. This month the book is “I Was Here” by Gayle Forman.

Bike donations: Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop, 2531 Broadway, Everett, is asking for donations of kids bikes for its Kid’s Bike Swap from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 12. Bikes with 20 inch and 24 inch wheels are especially needed. Donations earn credit for a larger bicycle; www.sharingwheels.org.

Camp Casey: Explore what was once Washington’s fourth-largest military post during an open house from noon to 4 p.m. on June 17. Visitors can take guided tours of historic buildings and take a look at the Sea Lab that is on site. Free admission to outdoor pool and free snacks. Stage

Music Musical storytime, Soundbridge Seattle Symphony Music Discovery Center, 200 University St. Kids explore classic musical stories through games, song and dance in this 30-minute class, 10:30 a.m. Fridays.
