BURIEN — Ten people have been arrested and large amounts of drugs, weapons, cash and cars have been confiscated as part of a high-level bust across King County.
KCPQ-TV reports that police say they seized more than four pounds of methamphetamine, more than a pound of heroin, multiple handguns and rifles, body armor, nine vehicles and about $150,000 in cash during the bust on Friday.
Eight search warrants were served as the culmination of an investigation led by Burien police and the King County sheriff’s office that began last October.
Police say there are more suspects, but that they haven’t been found.
