In February, in the Everett Herald’s fugitive watch that runs almost every Friday, one of the individuals wanted by authorities was a man named Wayne Frisby. Or better known as the blind rapper Mac Wayne. Mr. Frisby has had numerous legal problems the last few years that have been highly publicized. When he was featured in the fugitive watch section, it said he had a felony warrant issued by the Washington Department of Corrections. He was recently arrested on this warrant, and then released after one day in custody. One day? Really? This man obviously doesn’t want to change his criminal behavior, yet is released after one day in jail? Is this a joke? Some citizens want answers.
