Health expo
The fourth annual Health and Fitness Expo, featuring more than 50 interactive health and wellness booths, is scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Edmonds School District Stadium, 7600 212th St. SW. Free health screenings include dental, blood pressure, height-weight and vision. Healthy snacks will be provided. The Active Zone includes a bike rodeo, smoothie-making bike blender, soccer clinic, cheer clinic, a new junior football ball clinic, obstacle course, kids fun run, a four square court and pop-a-shot hoops.

Sharing Wheels grows: The nonprofit Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop will soon expand shop hours and has other changes planned, too. Learn more at an all-volunteer meeting set for 7 p.m. Wednesday at the shop, 2531 Broadway, Everett. Come early and enjoy a “Green Drinks” happy hour with appetizers and local root beer, available from 5 to 7 p.m. There’s also an opening on the board of directors, with applications due the same day, and an opening for a paid bike mechanic. Bingo: Play bingo and support the efforts of Relay for Life in Stanwood. The Bingo Night fundraiser is set for 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Viking Hall, 1331 Pioneer Highway, Silvana. Dinner starts at 5. Bingo starts at 6. Cost is $10 for full night of bingo. There also will be raffle drawings all night. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
