For the past many months we have been inspired by the passion and work of so many who helped make the recent bond and levy election a success. From the hundreds of volunteers to the thousands of voters who took the time to learn about the measures and, most importantly, vote yes, we owe the deepest of gratitude.
The recent results mean the generation to come will have facilities that are safe and reflect today’s educational requirements. They will be able to use technology in a way that empowers their learning and prepares them for their future. And a new elementary school will offer some relief to the most overcrowded area of our district.
It is a remarkable thing to see a community come together to ensure the best for our most vulnerable and promising members — our students.
Thank you everyone for your dedication, foresight and generosity. We could not have done it without you!
