Cascadia Art Museum: Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. On third Thursdays, the museum is open until 8 p.m. and is free during Edmonds Art Walk hours, 5 to 8 p.m. Located at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. Admission is $10, discounts for seniors and students; 425-336-4809; cascadiaartmuseum.org. “Northwest Photography at Mid-Century” and “Against the Moon: The Art of John Matsudaira” is the summer show.

Schack Art Center: Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Located at 2921 Hoyt Ave., Everett. More at: 425-259-5050; www.schack.org. The Chuck Close print exhibit is displayed through Sept. 5. Admission is $10. Schack classes include drawing, printmaking, basketry, jewelry and metalsmithing, encaustic, painting, fused glass, blown glass. The annual Artists Garage Sale is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 4 at the Schack.

Hibulb Cultural Center: Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. weekends. Free first Thursdays until 8 p.m. Located at 6410 23rd Ave. NE, Tulalip; 360-716-2635; www.hibulbculturalcenter.org. “Natural Wanderment: Stewardship. Sovereignty. Sacredness” features the work of photographer Matika Wilbur, of the Swinomish and Tulalip tribes. She is crisscrossing the nation photographing people in each of the federally recognized tribes. The exhibit runs through June 11.

Edmonds Arts Festival: The 59th annual festival is June 17 to 19 at the Frances Anderson Center in Edmonds. See 240 outdoor artist booths, three indoor art galleries, performances at the outdoor amphitheater, kids activities; www.edmondsartsfestival.com.

Arlington Arts Council: The council oversees rotating art exhibits during regular hours at the Arlington Library, 135 N Washington Ave., and Cascade Valley Hospital, 330 S. Stillaguamish Ave.; arlingtonartscouncil.net. Guides for outdoor exhibits are available at the visitor information station near City Hall.

Art Loft Sisters at Fisherman’s Market and Grill: Regular business hours at 1032 W. Marine View Dr., Everett.

Edmonds Community College art gallery: 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, until 2 p.m. Friday and 1 to 5 p.m. weekends on the third floor, Lynnwood Hall, 20000 68th Ave. W., Lynnwood; 425-640-1459; www.edcc.edu/gallery.

Edmonds Historical Museum: 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday in the old Carnegie Library, 118 Fifth Ave. N., Edmonds; $5 for adults $2 for students; 425-774-0900; www.historicedmonds.org. Through July 3, see a traveling exhibit from the Burke Museum. “Salish Bounty: Traditional Native American Foods of Puget Sound” explores the revitalization of local native food traditions. Art, artifacts, maps and videos accompany the exhibit.

Edmonds Library Gallery: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at 650 Main St., Edmonds. Through June 15 see work by Edmonds photographer Bruce Johnson.

Everett Community College: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday in the Russell Day Gallery, 2000 Tower St. Free and open to the public. More at www.everettcc.edu. The annual EvCC student art show is displayed through June 3. The exhibition includes the work of graduating and second-year students studying ceramics, interactive media, graphic design, painting, photography and printmaking.

Gallery North: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at 401 Main St., Edmonds; 425-774-0946; gallerynorthedmonds.com. In June, see pottery by Melinda O’Malley and paintings by Lea Rene Welch. Registration is now open for the gallery’s August “Beauty of the Northwest” show. For instructions, see the website. A Guilded Gallery: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at 8700 271st St. NW, Stanwood; 360-629-2787; www.stanwoodcamanoarts.com. Painter Helen Lueken is the featured artist in June. The Art By The Bay festival is July 9 and 10 in downtown Stanwood. Artist vendor application forms are on the gallery’s website.

Rosehill Community Center: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at 304 Lincoln, Mukilteo. Artist Bobbie Mueller shows 26 watercolors through June 23.

The Sisters: During regular business hours at 2804 Grand Ave., Everett; 425-252-0480.; www.thesistersrestaurant.com. Curator Lyussy Hyder has come up with a different sort of exhibit. “Change of Art” — up now through July 1 — allows collectors to display and sell eclectic works from their collections. Among the artists whose paintings are displayed are Genevieve Tuck, Suzanne deCillia, Jon Olson, Shawn Southwick, Shannon Danks and Yana Shinkina.

ZINC: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at 102 Third Ave. S., Suite B, Edmonds; zincartobject.com. Alfred Harris brings 12 new pieces to ZINC through June 13.

Island County

Jill Whitmore Gallery: Hours are noon to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday until Labor Day at Terry’s Corner on Camano Island. More at www.windsingers.com.

Matzke Fine Art Gallery and Sculpture Park: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends, weekdays by appointment at 2345 Blanche Way, Camano Island; 360-387-2759; www.matzkefineart.com. “What One Dreams About” is displayed through June 11.

Mountlake Terrace Arts Advisory Commission: The commission is seeking paintings, prints, drawings, miniatures, calligraphy, photographs, 3-dimensional and artisans’ works for its 38th annual Juried Art Show in September.
