Use pot tax to help addicted homeless

I want to say that the low-barrier housing is a bad idea. Why? Because, it promotes more bad behavior! If you guys were to come-up with a way to get these people interested in working, then it would be OK to give them benefits. Also, when somebody commits a crime, they should go to jail. We have legalized marijuana in this state, why not use some of that money? Injecting illegal drugs is a crime, and I think that anyone who looks the other way, is just a s guilty as the offender.
